Shipping & Returns Policies
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3 to 4 business days, dependent on stock levels. International orders are generally despatched within 7 days.

Shipping and Handling is charged at £4.00 on ALL Orders under £50.00 delivered to an address within the British Isles. Shipping and Handling on Orders over £50.00 is Free of Charge unless otherwise stated. On ALL Overseas Orders a minimum of £6.00 Shipping and Handling will be charged, if the cost of shipping is higher than the £6.00, we will inform you and await acceptance before despatching your order.

Please examine your order immediately on receiving it. Any problems or dissatisfaction with your order must be communicated to PETCETERA ETC within 7 days of receiving your order. If PETCETERA ETC have made a mistake in shipping your order this will be rectified as soon as possible and any return carriage charges incurred by the customer will be refunded.

If you have ordered in error and wish to exchange the goods, please return the goods unopened and in a resaleable conditon within 7 days and we will endevaour to exchange the goods where possible making any extra financial adjustments regarding cost of the exchanged products. Please note that the carriage charge will not be refunded in this circumstance and an additional standard postage charge will be made in shipping the exchanged goods back to the customer.
