Shipping & Returns Policies

We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3 to 4 business days, dependent on stock levels. International orders are generally despatched within 7 days.

Shipping and Handling is charged at £4.95 on ALL Orders under £50.00 delivered to an address within the British Isles. Shipping and Handling for Orders between £50.01 and £100.00 is £2.95 and for Orders over £100.00 is Free of Charge to an address within the British Isles unless otherwise stated.

Please note shipping charges to Highlands and Islands of the British Isles are as follows: £9.95 on orders under £50.00; £6.95 on orders between £50.01 and £100.00; £5.00 on orders over £100.00. The following postcodes attract these charges:

Outside UK Mainland delivery charges are charged per parcel (max 20kg) and these are listed below – if when your order is processed it comes to more than one parcel we will contact you to confirm you are happy to pay the extra delivery charge. In the unlikely circumstance you are not happy to pay the extra delivery charge your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please note that there are also parcel size and volumetric weight restrictions for deliveries outside Mainland UK. We will contact you should your parcel fall into this category and advise regarding additional delivery costs.

Please examine your order immediately on receiving it. Any problems or dissatisfaction with your order must be communicated to PETCETERA ETC within 48 hours of receiving your order. If PETCETERA ETC have made a mistake in shipping your order this will be rectified as soon as possible and any return carriage charges incurred by the customer will be refunded.

If you have ordered in error and wish to exchange the goods, please return the goods in a resaleable conditon having taken reasonable care of the goods within 7 working days and we will endevaour to exchange the goods where possible making any extra financial adjustments regarding cost of the exchanged products. Please note an additional standard postage charge will be made in shipping the exchanged goods back to the customer.

If you have ordered in error and no exchange is required please return the goods unopened and in a resaleable conditon within 7 working days and the full price of the product will be refunded.
