Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Read below for all delivery options, rates, and timescales.
Express Delivery
Estimated 1–2 working days from dispatch. Does not include Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays.
Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day. For example, an order placed on Sunday is dispatched Monday — arriving no later than Wednesday evening.
Highlands & Islands are served by Royal Mail Special Delivery (see postcode section below for rates).
Standard Delivery
Estimated 5–7 working days from dispatch to mainland UK addresses. Does not include weekends or bank holidays.
For orders over £100, standard delivery is free to mainland UK. Highland & Island surcharges apply — see the postcode table below.
International Delivery
International orders are generally dispatched within 14 days of receipt. Delivery is charged per parcel (max 20 kg).
Due to ongoing variation in carrier charges, shipping costs will be calculated after your order is placed. We will contact you to confirm before processing. Aerosols cannot be shipped outside mainland Europe.
Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas
The following postcodes attract a surcharge instead of the standard free-over-£100 mainland rate. Orders under £100 are charged £9.95; orders over £100 are charged £5.00.
Outside UK Mainland — Delivery Rates
Charges are per parcel (max 20 kg). If your order spans multiple parcels, we will contact you to confirm before dispatching. Orders found to have oversized or liquid items may incur additional charges.

Click & Show Collect
We attend several championship dog shows each year — including Crufts! Simply place your order online, select "Free Collection" at checkout for the show you plan to attend, and collect from our stand.
Only available during specific show dates. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified of upcoming show collect opportunities.
Click & Collect — Store
Order online and collect from our Petcetera store. We'll contact you when your order is ready — usually within 4–5 hours.
Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
