Refund policy

We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as we can. International orders are generally dispatched within 14 days of receipt.

Please examine your order immediately upon receipt and report any problems or dissatisfaction with your order to PETCETERA ETC within 48 hours.

If PETCETERA ETC has made a mistake in shipping your order this will be rectified as soon as possible and any return carriage charges incurred by the customer will be refunded.

If you have ordered in error and wish to exchange the goods, please return the goods in an unused, resaleable condition within 14 working days and we will endeavour to exchange the goods where possible, making any extra financial adjustments regarding the cost of the exchanged products. Please note an additional standard postage charge will be made for shipping the exchanged goods back to the customer.

If you have ordered in error and no exchange is required please return the goods unopened and in a resaleable condition within 14 working days and the full price of the product will be refunded.
